How Often Should I Come for a Session?

For 10-series clients, I typically recommend scheduling once a week or every two weeks for the first 3-4 sessions. Gradually, we can slow down to once every 3-4 weeks. We’ll always adjust your future schedule depending on your progress during your visits.

For clients who have completed the basic 10-series, I usually suggest a session once every 1-3 months to facilitate ongoing progress. Of course, you can always book a session as needed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me!
